Sit, journal, meditate.
Your body isn't just a home, it's a vehicle.
Use it to change yourself, physically and mentally.
当你书空咄咄，就掀开体魄。
举重，跑步，考研。
当你忧心忡忡，就关闭体魄。
静静坐着，写写日志，粗略千里默冥念念。
你的体魄不单是是你的家，它已经一部车。
用它来改变我方的身心吧！

无私责任，放浪生涯。

Resist.
When you start before you are ready, reality shifts drastically.

毫无训诲，赤手起家。
